Q. How long is the performance?
A. All of our performances are approximately 1 hour long, with the exception of performances at the Empire Theatre in Richmond, VA. (Check with our representatives when making your plans for performances at the Empire Theatre. 1-800-275-5005.)
Q. Is this show appropriate for my students in terms of age and curriculum?
A. In our show descriptions we include evaluations for grade level appropriateness as well as curriculum tie-ins. 2009 - 2010 Show descriptions are

Q. Where can I find educational materials about the plays?
A. Educational study guides designed specifically for each play are mailed with each order confirmation. We also provide online Study
Guides for a growing number of our shows.
Q. Can I bring my final payment the day of the show?
A. No. A non-refundable 20% deposit is due within two weeks of your reservation. Final payment is due a minimum of two weeks prior to performance date. Please remember to mail all payments or to call us at 800- 275-5005 to pay by VISA, Mastercard or American Express. We will not be able to accept payments at the performance site.
Q: What do I do if my payment is late? Will my reservation be cancelled?
A: Please call us to make alternative payment arrangements. We will hold your seats until instructed otherwise.
Q. What if I gain or lose students after I place this order?
A. You have up to 2 weeks prior to the performance to adjust your quantities. Reservation increases will be subject to availability of seats.
Q. Can you accommodate my handicapped students?
A. All Theatre IV America performances are handicapped accessible. Please let us know about any special needs at the time you place your order.
Q. Are we going to get good seats?
A. Seating is general admission and is handled on a first come, first served basis. (Only the Empire Theatre in Richmond, VA has assigned seating. Please check with our representatives when making your plans for performances at the Empire. 1-800-275-5005.)
Q. How early should we get to the performance?
A. We recommend arriving at the theatre 30 minutes before curtain time.
Q. Can you give me directions to the theatre?
A. All Theatre IV America confirmation sheets include directions to the performance location.
Q: What do I do if I find out my group cannot attend?
A: You must call us to cancel your reservation. We will hold your seats until instructed otherwise
Q. If this field trip is canceled because of bad weather, can I get my money back?
A. Please read carefully, as our policy has changed. Tickets are not refundable, unless Theatre IV America is forced to cancel the performance, in which case all payments will be refunded to the purchaser, who hereby waives any additional claims or compensation. If the purchaser is forced to cancel the contract due to reasons other than an act of God, we ask that the purchaser please notify Theatre IV America as soon as possible so that other requests may be satisfied. If the purchaser is forced to cancel the contract due to bad weather or an act of God, all payments will be credited to the purchaser for another Theatre IV America performance.
2010-2011 Prices
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required within two weeks of receipt of your confirmation. The balance of payment is due two weeks prior to the performance. We are a nonprofit organization, dedicated to bringing the nation's best theatre to you and your students at affordable prices.
